Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Boost by DracoBlue ("Boost", "the Service"), an invite-only social media scheduling service operated by DracoBlue (Jan Schütze) ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Boost lets registered users plan, schedule and publish content to social media accounts they connect, including TikTok via the official TikTok Content Posting API. The Service is currently provided as an invite-only beta.

2. Accounts & eligibility

Access is granted by invitation. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account and for the social accounts you connect. The Service is for professional/organisational use by adults.

3. Acceptable use

• You will only connect and publish to accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, infringing or spam content.
• You will comply with the terms and community guidelines of every connected platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service interacts with third-party platforms (such as TikTok) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload and publish through the Service. You grant us only the technical permissions necessary to store and transmit that content to perform the scheduling and publishing you request.

6. Beta, disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and, during beta, may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or reach arising from the use of the Service or from third-party platform behaviour.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or individual access, at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
